- I'm a Jersey Girl living the Florida life. Born & raised on the Jersey Shore, I moved to Tampa in Sept of 2001 and braced my life for a new adventure. I met a guy and fell in love. Now we are married and have a house full of furry children (two cats & two dogs). I consider myself to be extremely blessed. I have a very sweet husband who showers me with love and adoration and would give me the world on the platter if he could. I have an amazing family...a fantasic group of friends, whom I hold close to my heart and a job that I really enjoy. I am an animal lover, beach worshiper and preparer of good food! I originally started this blog as a place to write and express myself. Unfortunately, I don't always have time to sit down and write. So I am revamping things a bit... I love to cook...I should have been a chef. I know, I know...I still have time....and someday I just might. My dream is to go to culinary school just for the fun of it. So, as often as possible, I am going to post what I am making for dinner or a special recipe. It may not be every day...but I hope you will all enjoy!
